Just for Great Grandma

Obviously, dinner took a little too long tonight in Hannah's opinion. My kids look wonderfully tragic when they are upset with us. Here is a photo to prove it!

So here is a funny story: I was shopping with Isaac on Saturday to pick out a birthday present for his friend Jackson. Isaac did not like the direction I was driving the cart so he said "Stop it You Stupid Man!" (I'm not sure where he heard that, but I wish I had a son that didn't repeat everything he has ever overheard.) Since a time out was not possible, I decided that Isaac and I needed a conversation about saying nice things to people instead of mean things to people. (I let the man/woman thing drop for the moment.) After our conversation, I told him that he had to say something nice to Mommy. His response? "Go, Packers, Go!" Conversation over.

My new favorite picture of Isaac

I just love this picture of Isaac. He had such a blast yesterday at the museum. I have to thank Sarah for helping me get this picture. My computer couldn't get rid of the red eye. She did it for me. Thanks so much Sarah!

Day at the museum

Yesterday, we took the kids to the museum to play at the Discovery Zone. Isaac had so much fun with his friends. My friend Angie's daughter Tiffany had a day off from school and she was so helpful to entertain the kids and show them parts of the exhibit they had never explored before.

Tiffany shows Isaac how to build animals from the magnetic parts.

Jackson and Isaac show off their tails!

Rare action shot of a two year old. I can't believe I actually caught Rachel in the air in this picture.

The results are in!!!

According to the DNA report the percentage probability of Monozygosity is 99.9999980551%. For those of you that do not remember high school science class. That means that Audrey and Hannah are identical twins. It looks like the majority was correct in our survey. Now that we know this, we are so thankful that Audrey and Hannah split early so that each could have their own sac and placenta. They were able to have a much healthier time in the womb since they didn't have to share the placenta. We are also glad to know so that we can answer all of those questions we get while we are out of the house with the girls.

We miss Aunt Janelle

We had such a fun time having Janelle visit us. Unfortunately, right before she left we all started to get sick. Isaac keeps asking for his Aunt Janelle, and I can tell the girls miss her as well. Our house seems so much more interesting when we have company. Thank you Janelle for such a wonderful week. We hope you enjoyed it.

Happy Birthday Aunt Janelle!

Today is Aunt Janelle's birthday. We celebrated by first going to Casa Bonita's for lunch. It was pretty fun, but they turned most of the kids area into a haunted house. This evening we ate lasagna and had some angel food cake. I wonder if angel food cake is always the favorite of people born in October. I seem to remember growing up eating angel food every October. I find it very interesting. Mostly we had a good day, but Isaac started getting a nasty cough this evening. Poor Janelle had to help me nurse Isaac on her time off. We hope he gets better soon.

Aunt Janelle helps Isaac eat a sopapilla.

Isaac tries on his Halloween costume. Greg is sure to get quite a few sales from this outfit!

What a way to end your birthday. Aunt Janelle snuggles a sleeping Hannah.

New pics of our family

Greg's Grandma gave us some really beautiful dresses for the girls. We took some pictures before they had a chance to mess them up too much. Audrey is in the blue dress and Hannah is wearing the pink dress. They looked so beautiful.

Johny Jump Up

The girls love jumping. Here are a few videos to enjoy. Hannah is wearing green and Audrey is wearing pink.

Don't you just love their laughs? I can't get enough!

Day trip to Pike's Peak

Today, Janelle and I celebrated our birthdays with Isaac by riding the cog railway up to Pike's Peak. It was so beautiful and we loved seeing all of the aspens turning yellow. The woman across from us on the train was afraid of heights which added another element of entertainment to our adventure. Isaac was wonderful during the three hour tour.

Isaac and I on the train. Chug-a Chug-a Choo Choo!

Even though it was a little cloudy, it was beautiful. These pictures don't do it justice.

Aunt Janelle is here!

We are sooooo happy that we have Aunt Janelle for a few days. The kids are getting so spoiled.

Isaac says CHEESE.

Audrey, Hannah, and Isaac play Wii. Isaac loves to play with the wheel. When we actually let him have a car it guarantees one of us at least 11th place! Hee-Hee.
